Hello! I'm Telisa, I'm passionate about dance and sharing it with others. I believe that dance gives us very important things such as the opportunity to express ourselves, confidence, self-awareness, progression and a sense of community. It's amazing what can happen when someone is nurtured to grow, and dancing with Movers and Shakers can provide the chance to do just that.

 

 I have been teaching a range of dance styles for several years, and have worked for organizations such as Dance East and a variety of companies in London, whilst also working as a professional dancer. Movers and Shakers is my newest venture, as I wanted to use my previous teaching work to create my own company to inspire new movers.
